From the moment I walked in, the Front office staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Reena was patient, understanding the entire time, despite my frustration of how my morning started and made sure that my experience was nothing short of amazing. I had an emergency situation yesterday and was in a lot of pain and they took me in right at 9am and provided me the treatment I needed. The office is clean, and updated with latest technology. Dr. Patel was fantastic, thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail before and during the process. She even added a little sense of humor to ease the tension, pain that I was feeling. Christa, had a very warm, calming approach to her and ensured that I was ok during the entire procedure. My anxiety went away using her breathing mechanisms. I really appreciated her patience and commitment to making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Lastly, Anna came in at the end and made the best temporary crown anyone could ask for. This Dental office deserves HUGE shoutout for their impeccable service and hospitality! They made me feel like family! I highly recommend Dentist of Ontario Ranch to anyone looking for top-notch dental care. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

I’ve been coming to this dental office for over a year now and have been treated well by both the Dentist and staff. The ladies at the front desk are friendly. I can’t express how important this is for a business. The front desk is who the patient interacts first and sets the overall impression of the office. Good job ladies! Patrick has done my teeth cleaning twice now and he is very gentle and thorough. Also, he has excellent bedside manner with patients.
